Default Outlook 2010 stuck "Loading Profile"

Hey we're using ZCO 6.0.5 with outlook 2010. Things go smoothly up until we try adding shared calendars. Once we connect the profile to another users mailbox, Outlook will no longer open anymore. It sits with the splash screen open and it says loading profile indefinitely.

Did the same thing with 6.0.7 too.

Does this happen with all shared calendars? Enable ZCO logging (just logging and http logging, not verbose), try to open a shared calendar, and send us the logs.

I'm getting stuck... Outlook stopped opening at all, which is why I posted originally. No logs can get created. I deleted all profile data. Now I can't add a zimbra acct. going to try reinstalling the connector.

Looks like each log file has a different issue. The one where you're using 6.0.4 is getting HTTP errors. I think your map is messed up. You might want to delete the .idm file, or delete the profile and try again.

In the 6.0.7 one, it looks the profile is not even configured properly -- I see a lot of MAPI_E_UNCOFIGURED errors, so you can't really even log in.

I've tried deleting the profile and starting again. It's come to the point where I can't even open outlook. It simply sits on the "Outlook 2010 Loading Profile" splash screen and goes nowhere.

When trying to create a new profile in the Mail window (from the control panel) I get an error when I get to the point of trying to add a zimbra collaboration server: "An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80040102."

That's MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT. Sure sounds like your Outlook/Office installation is hosed. You might want to uninstall and install that again.
