Employees Giving Back
Zimbra encourages employees to engage in improving their community, their work environment and their personal well-being. As a way to thank them for their investment in time, all employees, regardless of location, receive three days of paid time off for volunteering – this equates to over 6,000 hours of volunteer time for Zimbra employees all over the world. Zimbra offers an employee matching gift program to make it easy and exciting for Zimbra employees to participate in charitable giving.
Last year, Zimbra employees served dozens of organizations, such as:
- Arranging and overseeing a day of team-building activities for students participating in Circle of Support’s summer program
- Organizing a book drive to supply Dallas Independent School District students with books for summer reading
- Revitalizing neighborhoods, schools and organizations every year during Freedom Day
