Zimbra Collaboration (ZCS) Suite Training
Zimbra offers in-person training for Network Edition customers. Our training courses are hands-on, interactive multi-day sessions designed to provide administrators everything they need to know to be proficient managing Zimbra Collaboration Suite.
All courses charge a reasonable per student fee. Class enrollment size is kept small to maximize one-on-one time with the trainers; they are filled on a first-come first-serve basis. See below for upcoming training session dates and course description.
ZCS Network Edition System Administrator Training Course
This is an in-depth 3-day hands-on session and will cover everything you need to know about installing, managing, and maintaining your ZCS deployment. Days 1 and 2 provide the Basic Administration course, and Day 3 is an additional (optional) day of Advanced Administration including configuration of a multi-node ZCS architecture and cluster setup for high-availability.
Sample topics and course work includes: ZCS architecture overview; hands-on ZCS install; Admin Console overview and demo; hands-on CLI tools review; system care (logs, queues, backups, etc); migration execution and planning; customization (Zimlets, skins/themes, etc); clustering and HSM; multi-node deployment and architecture.
Please note: because the Basic section of the class is a building block for the Advanced section, we do not offer Advanced-only training at this time.
