Use Search Folders as a Powerful Organizational Tool

Any search in a core application can be saved as a “virtual” Search Folder, an always up-to-date search that is a powerful tool beyond what can be accomplished by normal Folders or Tags alone.

  • Folders can be defined by multiple attributes (eg individual + attachment + unread)
  • Like normal Folders, they can be moved and grouped within other inbox folders
