ZCS Network Edition

Please see our product comparison table for more information about the different product editions. All product editions include updates and annual software subscription unless specified otherwise.

Licenses are sold in blocks of 25 and priced on a sliding scale based on the size of your installation and business segment. For example, 75 Professional Edition mailboxes for a business are priced at $28/user/year; a non-profit for the same will be discounted 50%.

Zimbra Mobile

Zimbra Mobile is an additional option for either the Standard or Network Edition. It has an annual license fee starting at $500. Additional third party software / licenses may be required depending on the devices that need to be supported.

Zimbra Support

Network Edition customers have access to Zimbra's highly-regarded Technical Support Program. There are three Support Package tiers: Standard, Advantage, and Premium. The default package is based on annual mailbox license contract amount.

Available Support Package upgrades:

  • Customers may upgrade from Standard or Advantage to Premium support without purchasing more mailbox licenses for a $10,000 annual fee. Standard support cannot be upgraded to Advantage.
  • Additional Support Incidents can be purchased for Standard and Advantage support:
    • 1 for $300
    • 2 for $500
    • 5 for $1000

Zimbra Archiving and Discovery

Zimbra Archiving and Discovery is available for purchase as an add-on to your ZCS Network Edition server beginning at $24 per mailbox archive account. (Discounts apply for different industry verticals).
