Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook
The Zimbra Connector for Outlook provides real time two-way synchronization of mail, contacts, tasks, and calendar between Outlook and the ZCS server. It is available for users of Zimbra Collaboration Suite Network Edition Professional.
Our Connector is unique because we innovate beyond Outlook + Exchange. For example, not only can users completely delegate access, they also have much more granular control of folder and sub-folder sharing plus recipients have access to shared content offline (for more info see the Outlook Overview webinar).

Zimbra Apple Desktop Connector
Zimbra integrates with Apple iCal
The Zimbra Apple Desktop Connector also provides real time two-way synchronization of mail, contacts, and calendar between the Apple Desktop and the ZCS server using a native iSync interface. It is available for users of Zimbra Collaboration Suite Network Edition Professional.

Standards-Based Clients
Mozilla Thunderbird
Clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Sunbird, and Eudora can be used with Zimbra to access email and even calendar data because the open source Zimbra Server uses an all standards-based approach and supports POP, IMAP, iCal, CalDAV, RSS, etc. The support is available in both the Open Source and Network Edition of Zimbra Collaboration Suite.

Getting Started
Zimbra Outlook Connector and Apple iSync Connector are bundled with your ZCS Network Edition Professional Server. Administrators will find downloads for these in the web Admin Console (in the Download section along with the user guides). Both Connectors are available for Network Edition trial customers as well in the Admin Console.
Access to Standards based clients and Novell Evolution. Both of these are available to the all ZCS users; Evolution is available as a beta and can be downloaded from Zimbra Gallery and there a Forum available for support and questions.
Using Zimbra via POP/IMAP is quite straightforward, simply you need to have your domain and account configuration information from your administrator to enter in the account set up in your client of choice.
