Basic Sales Training -- 1 rep certified in Zimbra basic sales and 1 in basic tech. sales modules
Advanced Sales Training -- 1 rep certified in advanced sales and advanced tech. sales modules
Technical/Admin Training -- 1 rep certified via Zimbra Admin Training classroom course
Customer Satisfaction -- maintain top customer satisfaction rating
