Default Yahoo Maps Mouse Over

Hello all!

I'm having a problem that I hope you guys could help me with. Sorry if this has already been asked. I searched for the problem but did not come up with what I was looking for.

I have the Yahoo maps zimlet installed on my mail server. Simple addresses will be highlighted blue and when I mouse over them a window pops up. But in the window I see no map. It will not display the minimap. I can click the address and it takes me to the yahoo map, but mouse over shows nothing. It's like the server is not talking to yahoo maps. Have I missed something? Also when I mouse over a web address I get the image of websanpr saying the site is queued, but it has been queued for ever now and still does not show me a snap shot of the web site.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Yahoo changed the image server name. This is fixed in 5.0 (or you can make the edit yourself).

/opt/zimbra/tomcat/webapps/serrvice/zimlets/com_zimbra_ymaps/ymaps.js

Change http://img -> http://gws

Thank you KevinH!!! That worked splendidly. What is odd is I installed with the newest Zimbra to my knowledge, but still I had to go in and make that change. Good thing to know.

Thank you again!

I am relatively new to the Linux experience, so bear with me. How do I edit the ymaps.js file? I tried using vi as the editor, but it errors out when I try to save the changes.

I used nano...

nano ymaps.js

You also have to run/do it as root.

You may even need to stop the zimbra services, but I do not think I had to stop the services.....
