mailing list zimlet

Hello,

Is it possible to write a zimlet that would :
1- be active while reading mails where the From matches a regexp
2- create a link on a special part of the text, agin matching a regexp
3- this link would open a new mail window, with the subject being the special text of item 2

If that seems possible, is there a special zimlet I should take a look on that could help me (I've never written a zimlet) ?
