Additional Folders

Is there a way to add additional folders, besides Inbox, Sent, Draft ..etc.

I want to add an additional folder that is tied to an external content mangement system that has the email stored there.

Now, I'm not sure that you can link a folder to an "External Contact Management System", but if it supports pop3, then you can add it in the from the options panel.

When you do this, another folder containing the mail will automatically be added.
