The Zimlet White paper mentions that there is a Proxy Servlet that can sent requests on behalf of the Java Script client. I need to do this an also support basic authentication (which is says it can do). Is there an example of doing this??

Where is a good place for the documentation of the Ajax and ZmZimletBase apis??

Looking at the code, looks like you have to pass in user=user, pass=password, auth=basic along with your target parameter.
