Zimlet Anymeeting

Hy Guy,

I've Zimbra 8 Open Source Edition. I've deployed Anymeeting Zimlet but it dont works. (When I insert my credential he dont do anything)

Does anyone know if this Zimlet works with Zimbra 8 Edition?

Hello Michele,

Thank you for testing the Free Web Conferencing from AnyMeeting zimlet and for detailing the issue that you've recorded. Based on your description it would seem that the AnyMeeting Zimlet has not been fully registered in Zimbra, so in order to solve this you would need to restart the Zimbra server, after deploying the AnyMeeting zimlet.

Also, in case the AnyMeeting Zimlet still does not work after restarting the Zimbra server, could you please check to see if there is an AnyMeeting.jar file, in the folder {zcs-install-dir}/jetty/webapps/zimlet/WEB-INF/lib (such as: /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimlet/WEB-INF/lib/AnyMeeting.jar ), on the Zimbra server? This file should have been automatically copied there during the zimlet's deployment.

Hi Mihnea,

thank you so much for you reply.
I've restart zimbra services and now it works but when I create a new meeting the zimlet open many popup windows and block my browser.
I've test it with firefox and with chrome.

Do you have any suggestion?

Thank you for performing the suggested restart and I'm glad to hear that the restart solved your initial question.

We've also looked into the other issue that you've reported and it seems to show up on the latest 8.0.2 ZCS GA Release, but in case you've also reproduced this on older ZCS versions, please let me know. Anyway, we are planning to release a fix for this issue in the near future, so stay tuned for more information on this.
