phone zimlet - help please!!!

hi,

I've installed few Zimlets, but the phone Zimlet doesn't recognize phone numbers. I am not hat good with programming, so i could find where the number format is given. Actually how does it recognize a phone number? Please help!!!

Another issue is how to connect it with Skype which is on the user's machine? And I saw on one demo that the Skype icon showed up among other zimlets in the UI. But it says that phone zimlet is not shown. How to do this? Show Skype icon?

Hi handza,

The phone zimlet won't come in the panel. If you installed Skype in your client's machine and its configured, you can call it from the zimbra itself. The phone no should be like "+1 555 555 5555". When you hovering the browser on the phone no, it will see the phone info. Click the rigth button and you can initiate a call from the same time itself.

Can anyone tell us (who are not good at programming) how to change phone format recognized by phone zimlet. Please.

If it matters format I would use is +38733555555 or 061555555. so please if anyone can help
