Social Zimlet twitter and FB accounts not keeping

Hi,

I am using Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2 (build 10978) on Windows 7 without a ZCS and I am having a problem with the Social Zimlet not keeping my Twitter and FaceBook account settings between client restarts.

I successfully and and use my Twitter and Facebook accounts in the Zimlet but they are not persistent across client restarts. Is this a bug or some other issue?

I am a newbie so please be patient. Besides this I enjoy using Zimbra Desktop.

I have the same problem on Ubuntu 11.10 with Zimbra Desktop 7.1.2. After adding my facebook & twitter accounts, it shows up fine. But when doing something where Zimbra wants to reload or I restart Zimbra or PC, then all those social networking accounts are gone. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue. Can't get it to keep social data. Very annoying as I use(d) the social zimlet quite frequently and was part of our sales pitch to customers.

I have a similar problem. I recently added a twitter account but it keeps disaapearing after a restart of the client. I use ZCS version: Zimbra 7.1.1_GA_3196 (build 20110527001604) on Vista with Firefox version: 12.0

Now i cannot add a twitter account at all. The Zimbra Social zimlet message box says that adding an account was sucessfull, but the account does not appear in the social zimlet.
