tracking zimlet

My tracking zimlet will not function. I deploy it like this:
"zmzimletctl deploy /opt/zimbra/zimlets/com_zimbra_tracking.zip"

Then I receive this error:
"Error: zimlet description not found: com_zimbra_tracking.xml"

All of my other zimlets deployed successfully. Any ideas about why this occurs?

Did you install it first? Did you restart tomcat?

Did u copy ur zimlet zip file into /opt/zimbra/zimlet folder?
then deploy it !
then u can get !!
