Hello

i have problem in sugarCRM zimlet "zsugar"

someone know the cause of this error :

http://192.168.1.245/service/zimlet/com_irontec_zsugar/redirect.jsp 405 HTTP method POST is not supported by this URL
this error in firebug console

i try to use http and https , but i have the same problem
and sometimes the Zimlet can authenticate and sometimes not

i use zimbra 6

Hello!

As i'm new in zimlets/zimbra/js programming,
i need to ask few quesions...

1. How to integrate sxpSugar and zSugar zimlet into one?
zSugar works perfectly, but my boss wants to extend zSugar with sxpSugar option
(zSugar doesn't have option to drag/drop contacts).
Perhaps somebody allready made this changes, so please give me some advice

2. Better option would be to drag and drop contact, zimlet checkes if there is contact with
same data. If yes, allows me to change it, if doesn't exist allows me to create a new one and save it to sugarCRM.
This functionalty has SalesForce zimlet,and i want to do something like this

3. How to parse email (like salesforce does) and automatically check if the current mail has any sugar information?
Next step would be to implement bar (like salesforce), but i don't need to learn everything in my first post :P

I forgot to say that i was performing some changes on zsugar.js to implement some code from starxpert_sugar.js, but unfortunately with no effect

Hello!

i don't know the answer to above question, but only i know is that redirect.jsp is some kind of a "trick" for handling attachments...
i have the same problem like you do.

also, i have the same problem with authentication, but this is the minor problem because after 2-3 attempts, zimlet connects to sugar

and i use zimbra desktop 7

I have the same error in firebug, but in production everything works fine, so i'm not bothering with this

i'm the wrong person to answer that questin, because my experience with sugar & zimbra is 2-3 days old.

i'm using demo/trial account on sugarCRM, so i don't know nothing about how to configure sugarcrm server.

demo is enough for me to test zSugar and SPX sugar zimlets, and as far as i know, everything works as it should.

i think that you are not connected to sugar.
right click on zSugar and click status.

if everything is ok with the connection, there would be a message (no results found or the list of the contacts/leads/...)
