Dynamic URL with Tool Tip

Hello,

I have built a very simple Zimlet to use a regex to find and highlight text such as "Ticket 4158," which, when left-clicked, will take you to our IT ticketing system in a browser window. However, I recently discovered how to directly link to a particular ticket instead of the main screen. I would like to be able to make the link in the Tool Tip dynamic to lead to the correct ticket. eg clicking "Ticket 4158" would take you to http://<static link>4158. Could someone help me out? Thanks!
