one of our users claims, that he can upload mails to salesforce, but attachments are not uploaded at all. There is no error message - attachments are just not in salesforce (while the rest of the mail is).
Is the zimlet supposed to upload attachments? If yes, how could I debug the problem?
Zimbra Server version is 7.1.1. (NE). The user works on MAC (Lion) and tried with firefox and safari.
