Default Zimlet for vTiger CRM

I'm interested in getting a zimlet developed for Integrating with vTiger CRM. The initial goal is very simple; to be able to attach emails to relevant leads/potentials/accounts/contacts in vTiger CRM.

I'd like to know if you can help or find someone that may be interested in this development for a fee.

This is something that I would be interested in as-well. Time does not allow me to do a great deal at the moment though I would be keen to keep in the loop and try and help from a Zimbra perspective where I can.

I developed a zimlet for vtiger-zimbra integration, it's a 100% javascript zimlet.
It is a very alpha version if you are interested in test and development please send me a private message.

I want to publish the zimlet on sourceforge in the next future.

I just uploaded the current zimlet code to sourceforge.

You can download it from https://sourceforge.net/projects/vtigerzimlet/

Remember to configure the zimlet.

Bye
Lorenzo

Default How to configure

Hi Lorenzo,

Just trying to play with your zimlet for vtiger.

I am trying to configure it. How is that done?

I right click the zimlet in my zimlet area, and click preferenze.

This window asks for Vtiger login and vtiger access key.

I assume the access key is the password and the login is my username.

But where do I set the vtiger server url / ip address?

Alex

vtiger access key is a key you can find in your preferences tab in vtiger.
To configure the crm url you have to edit the zimlet's xml config file
then run zmzimletct configure ...

I configured the zimlet, but everytime when i try to add a contact or lead there is a blank popup with ok or cancel button, when I click OK , zimbra show me the message: Lead added.

But nothing happened in the CRM system...
