ZIMBRA + Asterisk

Bonjour!
je vous prie j'ai un problème d'intégration d'asterisk à ZIMBRA
J'ai installé Zimbra v6 avec succès mais je n'arrive pas à y intégré la zimlet com_zimbra_asterisk.zip
j'ai respecté la procedure suivante:
#su zimbra
#cd /opt/zimbra/zimlets-extra
#zmzimletctl deploy com_zimbra_asterisk.zip
#zmzimletctl getConfigTemplate com_zimbra_asterisk.zip > cfg.tmp
#nano cfg.tmp // Et y changer les @ip suivant la configuration de notre réseau.
#zmziletctl configure cfg.tmp

En suite j'ai copier le fichier asterisk.jsp dans /opt/zimbra/jetty/
webapps/zimlet et j'ai redemaré le service.
Tout semble parfait car dans la console d'administration et chez tout mes client, la zimlet asterisk est bien présent mais lorsque je lance un appel je recois le message suivant:
HTTP ERROR 500
problem accessing service/zimlet/com_zimbra_asterisk/asterisk.jsp:
/com_zimbra_asterisk/asterisk.jsp (4,0) PWC 6032 unable to laod tag handler class "com_zimbra (La suite n'est pas visible)

Je vous prie de me donner un coup de main
