Server -> Client Message push

With the release of ZCS7 I would like to ask whether it is possible to push an event/message from the backend server to a connected client; whether that be a single, group or all.

If somebody knows how to do this and could provide a simple "Hello World!" example it would be gratefully appreciated. I am assuming it would need to work the same way as IM (beta) does at the moment.

Hopefully a Zimbra dev will pick this up as I believe from an integration perspective it could be very interesting.
