Zimlet jsp/jar one account cant load class, one can ... ?

Ok having a weird Zimlet problem, not sure if there is an expected explanation for this....

What's happening:
I have Zimlet which uses a .jsp file and the .jsp makes some calls to some methods in a .jar which is also part of the zimlet.

It works fine in most accounts.

However I have discovered an account where it doesn't work... the JSP throws an error saying it cannot find a class which is included in the .jar.

Why does this happen? I believe the accounts are in different COS' but I haven't been able to find a setting in there that should affect this. The server has been restarted since installing the zimlet.

Any thoughts? Is this totally random bug or is there some kind of setting here I don't know about?
