Get contacts

How can i get users contacts from Address Book ? I've found this Import and Export of Contacts - Zimbra :: Wiki and this ZCS 6.0:Zimbra REST API Reference:Import Contacts - Zimbra :: Wiki

I don't understand how to use this, i want to get contacts and put into my zimlet
