ZImlets for address book ?

Hi please help.

How to create a zimlet that will give me more fields in contact page under address book. We want to have some checkboxes / drop down lists to add the the fields that are alredy there .

Have been trying to do this for 2 mths

or is it even possible to have more fields ??

using ZCS 6.02
