Zimlet developer needed

Hello in order to save time I am looking for a zimlet developer to build me a simple template.

Zimlet Functionality:

• Creates Tab in Zimbra Web Client
• Create a settings tab that allows the following information to be entered: Website address, username, password
• When you click on tab it opens an external web page inside the tab window and logs in with the information provided in settings
• Allow user to navigate the site within zimbra

If you could also give a few examples of the login process in the code for reference that thats all I really need. If you can do it PM me a quote and examples of work.
