Auto reminder generator zimlet for Documents

Hi,

Our company is trying to use the Document feature of Zimbra ZCS 6.x to create service reports for their engineers when troubleshooting machines. But most of the time, when a service report is created it is left unfinished and does not get updated with the latest information.

I wish there is a zimlet that will generate a task reminder for each document created. The duration or span of the reminder can be set. For example, the zimlet is set to remind the user every 3 days until the document gets updated. And when the user creates new document (service report in our case) the reminder is automatically set without the user's intervention. Then if the document is finalize the user can just dismiss the reminder and will cease to re-appear every 3 days
