Do you use a http proxy to access the internet? Than you have to configure the proxy in Zimbra.

Hi,

I am getting the following error with another account in the same zimbra server.

An error occurred while initialising the zimlet “com_zimbra_sforce”. Please notify administrator.TypeError: this._appCtxt is undefined

I had the same error using the zimlet downloaded from Zimbra Gallery.
You should use the one packaged with your Zimbra install.
I've done the following commands under the zimbra account.
Quote:
cp zimlets-extra/com_zimbra_sforce.zip zimlets
cd zimlets
zmzimletctl deploy com_zimbra_sforce.zip
zmzimletctl enable com_zimbra_sforce
The error disapeared.
