Default Admin Extension + Resources

I am writing an admin extension where I have to upload a file and return the base64 encoding of it back to the page.

I am planning to do this by posting the file to a JSP page. However, I don't know the location of the JSP page, i.e. what should I put in the action field of the form I use...

Actually zimbra implemented the feature I was working on (account photo) in their latest release, so I didn't need an answer anymore. I hope the dev docs are better now than they were back then
