zimlet Not Working

I used the bugz zimlet as a starting point to do an item lookup. I changed the url to my own web page that responds with the required data. However, when I do the mouseover, it just says "fetching data". No tooltip is displayed. What causes this? The web page works if I try it outside of zimbra.

Me also, i checked for apache log and it show no acces from zimbra sever. I'dont know why the zimbra server don't call to the given url ....
