Add mandatory/optional attendee in scheduler zimlet

In zimbra 6, in the schedule tab of an appointment, you can sepcify if attendees are optional or mandatory.

The calendar scheduler zimlet does not yet use this great enhancement, but should !!!

so i create an enhancement request for this.
