Default Undo Send zimlet errors

Hi all - I tried contacting the Zimlet creator (rrao), but I haven't heard back. Maybe someone else has experienced this problem? I installed the undosend zimlet from the gallery, with no deployment errors, but when a user logs in, they see this error message:

This seems to happen in all browsers, on at least Win7 and WinXP. I can't find any other corresponding errors.

It looks like you have 6.0.5. Please note: This works only in 6.0.7

Sorry about that. Updated profile to reflect 6.0.7 installation.

It looks like you probably have this Zimlet deployed twice or something. Make sure to undeploy it and also run
zmprov fc zimlet
to flush all Zimlet's cache. Then redeploy

Undeployed, flushed cache, then downloaded and installed from command line. Problem persists. I noted that the error is different depending on the browser. The error in my first post is from Firefox 3.6. Here's Chrome 5:

And IE8:

UPDATE: This still isn't working for me on my account... but other users in my domain have it working successfully. This is probably just an account issue. I won't mark this as solved until I figure out what's causing the problem, but it's not persistent across all accounts, only mine (that I've seen so far).
