Store files in a subfolder of the zimlet

When the zimlet is running its home is
pwd ------> <zimbra_home>/log

For a temporary dir I use ../tmp, and that's ok because I don't care it.

But I need to convert the file in tmp to a subdir of the zimlet and store there them. Parameters like paths can be given in the .xml of the zimlet, but when the zimlet is deployed they are no longer valid and the zimlet should still be able to say "convert ../tmp/fileX <path_from_log_to_zimlet>/store4ever/fileY".

How can I instruct the zimlet to act in this way?
