Dialog Box Minimize

Hi
am a Zimbra User and it amazes me day by day , i use it .
I want to create some more zimlets .

Can you please help me on this .
I want to create one Dialog Box or any window with a minimize button (Just like an IM chat window we have here) .
right now what i have created is a DwtDialog box with a Dismiss button which closes on Button Press. I have an iframe inside this Dialog Box which is required .
