Default Downloading Zimlets

I can not for the life of me figure out what is broken. I log in to the zimlet gallery, system shows me logged in but then I am immediately told "Sorry, you do not have permission to access this area." What am I doing wrong?

------------------------

OK, I figured out how to get this
