Default Webex error

Hello all! We are currently trying to deploy the webex zimblet. When I right click on the zimblet from my email account and try to preform a task I receive the following error:

"Error executing WebEx XML API Request.
HTTP ERROR 403

Problem accessing /service/proxy. Reason:

FORBIDDEN"

I also receive a drop down notification from firefox that says "Webex configuration required" PLEASE HELP!

Thanks,

Couple of things to check

1) Check the COS

zmprov gc default | grep zimbraProxyAllowedDomains

If "*.webex.com" is not listed, run

zmprov mc default +zimbraProxyAllowedDomains *.webex.com

If you are not using the default COS, substitute "default" with your own COS_name.

2) Check the ~/zimlets-deployed/com_zimbra_webex directory, make sure it is not empty.

Thanks for the quick reply! I checked to COS and everything looks ok. Webex is listed as it should be in both the cos and deployed zimblets. Any other recommendations?
