zimlets died

HI guys i got a big problem with my zimbra oss 5.0.18 i had deployed some zimlets, like alfresco and dim dim zimlets but wen i try to configure them i have not got the preferences window why? i tried in another machine with the same zimbra, the same zimlet the same version even the same os end got the window, well in my original zimbra y had deployed several times another zimlet wich only gives me a hello world dialog this could be the problem but how i can solve it?

The usual reason for this type of problem is the browser and/or add-ons that may cause problems, disable the add-ons or create an empty profile and try again.

Thanks for your answer, actually thats not the problem, i tried on mac, windows and linux with the same result i dont believe its the browser, also i tried with internet exolorer an got the same, is there an issur for multi server instalation for this zimlets because i instaled that way, thanks any help
