I've installed the Ignore Messages zimlet. It appears in the zimlet listing on the left-side zimlet box. I've clicked on it, and enabled it. But it has not added the folder, the Ignore button, or the filter. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks.
The best way in general to trouble shoot any zimbra code is to use firebug to set a break point, and run Zimbra with a &dev=1 after the address bar to force it into development mode.
