Default how to install a zimlet

i'm trying to install a zimlet, but i can't figure out how.
i've read that i have to do it from the admin but i don't find this option in the admin collaboration

thnak you, i ve read the doc but it's telling me to copy the zimlet to /opt/zimbra/zimlet but where is this folder, everything is web based.
they are also talking about zimbra server, what is that?

You install zimlets on the command line of the Zimbra server.

Are you trying to install into Zimbra Desktop?
