Problem using dimdim zimlet

HI,

I have tried to deploy dimdim zimlet in
- zimbra network 5.0.16
- zimbra network 5.0.18
- zimbra network 6 RC1

without success, I have got the same problem


I have a dimdim server working on (on my LAN):
ht tp:// flux.mydomain.com/dimdim/

I have installed and deplyed the dimdim's zimlet without error in mailbox.log

I have put these values in the zimlet preference:

collaboration workspace url: ht tp://flux.mydomain.com/dimdim/
network profile: LAN

but I can't neither start nor join a meeting, I get this message:

room busy check failed! try again!

and I have no errors in mailbox.log

any idea???

I have same problem but only zimbra 6.0.0 .I have dimdim server in my lan , i modifiy zimlet for these cuestion, url, ip,port etc and zimlet found so far in5.0.18 zimbra server , but un 6.0 not found .the mesage is check room is busy. Also the dimdim original zimlet, for conect webmeting.dimdim.com not found to0.

In owr instalation the problem appear after update and upgrade ubuntu server.

there seems to be a few issues
a) zimlet automatically assumes room name is same as email address (when we create meetings from the dimdim website we use a different room name).
b) authentication -- there should be some place where authentication information is requested (only place I could find was a config_zimlet.xml type file where a preauthkey was requested but I couldn't find any documentation for it.
c) there also appears to be almost zero documentation for the zimlet

All together, the zimlet gives a very poor appearance for dimdim..doesn't seem to be ready at all for ZCS6. Does it really work under 5?

Hi all.
At ZCS 5.18 in ubuntu 8.04 tls found with the original zimlet and using internal dimdim vmware machine too.
At zdesktop 1.0 found too.
I think that the problem is java versión , because when I upgrade original ubuntu , dimdim zimlet isn´t found.

Hi all,
I don't think of any good documentation provided for zimlets.
I had worked alot for Astarisk PBX integration, Default Asterisk zimlet and dimdim zimlet to be integrated with zimbra 5.18.


But no luck still. Can any one give me some details of deployment of that.

Problem is occuring on RHEL5 too and with Zimbra 6.0.2.

Mu OS is rhel 5.2 64 bits, and zimbra is 5.18 64 bits

Problem appear too in ubuntu 8.04 TLS , CentOS 5.2 , with ZCS 5.18,5.19 , 6.0.1 , 6.02 Network edition an open source edition too.
We have one serve with 5.18 GA NE , with ubuntu 8.04 TLS without update and found OK, but we update 8.04 in other server the problem appear .
