It's not exactly the end of the world, is it? There has been an explanation for the delay in the other thread that you've posted in.

No it's not the end of the world, just not a particularly good advert for Zimbra or its ability to respond to problems, especially as indicated there are potential clients for Zimbra waiting on this (refer to message from Dustys).
