Default iFrame Zimlet

First of all I just want to mention that I have really no experience in programming a zimlet and editing xml. I would like to though!

Would there be a way to create a zimlet that is just an iframe of another website within zimbra?

It would kind of be the easy way out but as I said before I really have a very limited knowledge of zimlets, ajax, etc...

Here is my real life example. I work for a school district and we use a web-hosted site to manage several things. I would like to create a zimlet that would just iframe that site in zimbra so that teachers could access this service from their zimbra.

Is this possible?

Of course the best solution would be, in the future, to create something that would log them into this site as well but I figure start simple first.

Thanks for any help.

I'm fairly new to zimlets myself, but here's an example showing how I did it.
