Change Zimlet label in Panel via Javascript

I would like to change the label used in the Zimlet Panel dynamically. For example, let's say I have a Zimlet which shows the label "My Zimlet" in the Zimlets panel on the left. I would like to change the label to "Your Zimlet" using a Javascript call.

Is this possible? If so, how is it done?
