it is possible to make a extra button between the document and the settings that names "forum" and points to a forum :-)
it is better to make these with zimlet or change the zwc directly?

I think it is better to do a zimlet :
If you make changes directly into zimbra, each time you upgrade zimbra, you will have to do changes again.
