I followed your instruction for installation via web ui instead command line.

Everything seems to be fine but I can't bring up the preferences box as expected.

I got the following syntax error when I click on preferences under alfresco zimlet.

Hi Yong,

Please disgard my last message. I have to restart the zimbra for it to work.
I put zimbra and alfresco on the same machine and I got connection fail no matter what I put in. I also specified the 8080 port.

I downloaded the updated files from 10/28 instead and the rest of the UI will show up.

How can I check to see what caused the connection failed?

Hi yqu,

I just found that there is some problems using complex password with your plugin. This problem occures when it is used "white space" in the password or some special characters as "#" for example.
Could you please check the reason why?

Are there know issues with this plugin and the latest version of Zimbra (5.0.11) and Alfresco 2.9.0?
I currently have two issues:
1. Attachments are not added. I can browse them, pasting links works, but adding them shows a message but there's no new attachment
2. When saving into Alfresco, the attachment is saved, but the status window won't disappear, rendering the webinterface unusable.

I got the plugin working with the 5.0.10 version against Alfresco 3.

Are there any differents between alfresco labs and alfresco enterprise for this zimlet?

I just have a small test especialy for you with:
- CentOS 5.2
- Zimbra 5.0.11
- Alfresco Labs 3 Stable

Everithing works OK. Attachements are feel very comfortable with this plugin.

What I can point you attention at is the plugin installation guide. Please check if you have issues the next command as zimbra user.

zmprov mc default zimbraProxyAllowedDomains "*"

After issuing this command, and can propose to restart both Alfresco and Zimbra. If you ask me "Why to restart", I will answer you "Why not :-)".

Hello all,

I'm trying out this plugin and I have the same problem. I've checked /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log but there is no error that I can see. Any suggestions as to where to look for the problem?
