canvas type="window" opens window that is not re-sizable or scrollable

Since I've upgraded Zimbra to 5.0.8. any new windows that are opened by a zimlet
are not re-sizable or scrollable , this was not the case before .

Has the zimlet api been updated ?

This is the call to open new window
