devellopping new zimlets

i m a new zimbra user . i want to devellop new zimlets and to upload them to zimbra. but the probleme is that i dont know what tools may i use to the devellopment and how can i install them.
please can you help me.

i have installed ROR.
i have created new project then when i want to create a migration
i have taped this commande:

create db/migrate
create db/migrate/001_azerty.rb
