    For a single e-mail with attachements, i only have a .txt file, and attachements are not saved...
    You had the precedent version installed before, no? You have then to restart zimbra to get the update complete.

    If it doesn't work, then delete the files in :
    /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/service/jsp/org/apache/jsp/zimlet/
    and restart zimbra.

    Hi,

    We have the same problem.

    I have tried to disable other Zimlet (Yahoo Maps et Webex) but without success.

    We have exactly the same bug, Double click doesn't work et right click shows a menu screen and save does'nt work.

    Have any idea or help ?

    Do you have any zimlet enabled but not configured like Protack had?

    If you have, try to configure them.

    If not, please give some more info :
    -Version of the save zimlet
    -Version of your zimbra
    -The zimlets active on your zimbra

    Hi,

    We don't have zimlet like Protack installed.

    But we have :

    Com_starxpert enabled
    Com_zimbra date_fr enabled
    Com_zimbra_email enabled
    Com_zimbra_phone enabled
    Com_zimbra_url enabled

    others are disabled.

    Version of Zimbra = 5.0.6

    Last version dowloaded on the site starxpert. We have tried to load and install the French (we are French) and also the UK version.

    Did you restart the server after disabling/undeploying the other zimlets?
    Clearly something is getting in the way because if the problem came from the zimlet itself you shouldn't even see it in the zimlet panel.
    Maybe it is a bug of the 5.0.6 since Protack had a 5.0.6 too (didn't checked).

    We restarted the server and same problem.

    The zimlet Does'nt work.

    We ask our support/maintenance in France.

    Updated our zimbra server. Installed zimlet downloaded from your server and problem is the same.

    When i save a directory containg e-mails, i get a zip file, and all e-mails in eml format instead of 2 directories with txt e-mail and PJ...

    Any idea ?

    For NOZIL :
    The result you have actually is what the zimlet do with version 1.0.

    First, check the version of the zimlet in the file com_starxpert_save.xml in :
    /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/service/zimlet/com_starxpert_save/
    you should have this :
    Code:
    <zimlet name="com_starxpert_save" version="2.0" description="Choix des">
    If not, delete all the files in the folder and deploy the zimlet again, then follow the upgrade steps below :

    To update to 2.0 :
    -Deploy the new version
    -Delete all the files/folders in :
    /opt/zimbra/jetty/work/service/jsp/org/apache/jsp/zimlet/
    -Restart zimbra

    "Zimbra - Forums" send me a mail with NOZIL reply, but I don't see it in the thread

    Reminder for all of those who want to deploy the zimlet :
    The zip file you download on the site is not the zimlet, but a zip file containing the zimlet, the license and documentation about the zimlet.

    the zimlet is the file com_starpxert_save.zip
