Default Salesforce not working. No matching contacts.

We are using hosted Zimbra through 01.com on ZCS 4.5.10. (soon to be 5 this weekend) All of our users log in through the AJAX web client using Firefox. We have an Enterprise Salesforce account, and I am able to successfully configure the zimlet with my account. We have done a little bit of customizing in that we call "Accounts" "Prospects". I set up a new test prospect in the system, and then had that test person send me an e-mail. When I try to drag her e-mail over the Salesforce Zimlet, I get a "there are no matching contacts for this domain" error. However, there is. I asked the 01.com support guys, but they said the Zimlet is basically unsupported, so I am reaching out to anyone that I can help. I would be very grateful. Thanks!! Attached are screen shots.

Hi Tim,
Sorry you're having trouble.

The zimlet is kind of stupid, and mindless. What I mean is that in some cases, it will report one error for just about any type of issue.

So, what would be useful is if we can get a soap trace and response.

Can you start zimbra with ?debug=1 in the URL bar? This will open up a pop up console. Can you get the soap send and response for us?

Thanks,
jh

Hey JH,

Thanks for the response. I'm not the most advanced user in the world, so you might have to walk me through the soap send process with a little more detail. Since we're using a hosting company, how would I do this?

Thanks,
Tim

All you have to do is just append ?debug=1 to the URL, ie:
http://mail.domain.com/?debug=1

So this is a soap trace window. Nothing at all appears? Even when you select, say, calendar? If that's so, change 1 to 3

I tried the =3 and =1 debug and going to the calendar, but the attached screen shot is all I seem to get. (?)
