dynamic action url

Hi ,
I know in zimbra you can use regex to make a tooltip pop up on each match in the email body.

But I need the action url target to be the value of http:/address/ what was matched.

Does anyone know how this can be done ?

There is a fix I wrote going into the next beta that will allow you to do URL substitution directly in the ActionUrl, instead of in the params.

I realize it's 4 years later... but I'm looking to do the exact same thing. Can't find any documentation on this. Help? Thanks!

You can do it easily by using javascript instead of using only the xml file.

You can see in the phone zimlet how the matched phone number is used in the tooltip for example.
