Question can't call with skype ?

Hi,

my Zimbra does not recognise phone numbers they look just like any other text?

Any body any idea?

Welcome to the Zimbra Forums!

Do you have the phone zimlet deployed? You can view a list of deployed zimlet's in the admin panel.

If you do, please file a bug, because it looks like our regex scheme isn't working for Switzerland.

Yes, status "enabled"

it seems the problem is not with everyone because with one user it works, but not with the rest. There are only four users at the moment.

maybe I could open an temp mail account for you and you can test it from outside Switzerland?

Hi Urs

In [Admin Panel -> Zimlets] you have list of all deployed Zimlets and there you can see Status for each one (Enabled/Disabled).

In [Admin Panel -> Class of Service] on [Edit -> Zimlets] you can modify a list of Zimlets added to COS.

And now, for each Account ([Admin Panel -> Accounts]) on [Edit -> Zimlets] you may select if you want it to follows COS settings or you can customize list of allowed Zimlets for that user (account).

Maybe you should change first the +1 that make us call USA automatically in phone.js.
